Health Care Reform

We don't know how it is going to impact pharmacy, but it will impact it in one form or another. As a pharmacy owner, what are you doing to stay ahead of the curve? If you are not bidding out your top generics and some of your top brands, why??? I think you would be surprised on how much you are leaving on the table.

Here is one example:

  • Wholesalers are enjoying 25% - 100% margins on the generics they sell you everyday and at the same time are trying to lock you into contracts that try to force generic compliance. They also force you into restrictive payment terms.
  • We are seeing that a pharmacy can typically save upwards of 50% or more by using Pharmabid.com.
  • Weekly, semi-monthly - try most of our vendors provide 30 day terms of better.
